Participants will learn how to frame the negotiation process by learning contemporary negotiation techniques and strategies. Participants will learn and understand the complexity of bilateral and multilateral negotiation as well as characterization of good negotiation. Participants will learn to manage effectively tensions, differences, and conflicts in multilateral negotiations.
