Mike Hambrick

Mike is an experienced communications executive and veteran journalist with more than 3 decades of leadership in the broadcast, political, event planning, business communications and entertainment arenas.

As a primary Television News Anchor in major markets including Washington, Baltimore, and Dallas, Mike has won multiple awards including the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Broadcasting and multiple Emmy Awards.

In addition, Mike has produced and hosted two nationally syndicated radio talk shows. Guests on the shows range from the President of the United States and other world leaders, entertainment stars such as Willie Nelson, Richie Havens, Clint Black and many others. Members of Congress and leaders of industry were often guests on Mike’s program.

Mike served as Senior Vice President Communications for the National Association of Manufactures where he managed a staff of 30 professionals and 3 Vice Presidents. There he was responsible for 3 external print publications, 2 internal publications, all external communications, 1 nationally syndicated radio program, and managed the association’s web presence. Many of the association’s top executives benefited from Mike’s Media Training Seminars. He has devised marketing programs to better position organizations, and developed innovative social media strategies. Mike has advised executives and boards on strategic matters, and is a veteran spokesperson with experience representing executive management during times of crisis with their most valued constituents.
